This original and historic unissued document was printed by John B. Powers &amp: Son in 1888. Edison Phonograph Works made all Edison phonograph machines from 1888 to the 1920’s. Edison (1847-1931) was the company’s founding president and majority stockholder. and was one of America’s greatest inventors.
In 1924 the company became part of Thomas A. Edison Inc. Stock certificate measures 10.251 x 5.75″. Each stock certificate comes in a clear acid-free envelope with a handsome display sheet that gives historical information about the stock certificate.
